Payment: All payments must be made upfront through PayPal, up to 24 hours after you win/claim a commission, and are non-refundable, but I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund the payment fully if the character falls under topics or subjects I don't draw . The time might be extended depending on buyers circumstances if informed beforehand.

Contact: The customer must answer up to 24 hours after winning/claiming a commission. If the lack of contact from customer remains after my second attempt of contact, it leads to them being permanently prohibited from commissioning in the future, in other words "blacklisted".

Process: queue time ≈ 2 months, it might extend depending on my personal circumstances, holidays. The buyer will be informed about any time extension beforehand. If the buyer needs an artwork done urgently ( Not less than a week ) the price is double for a commission to be done due to the date picked by the buyer.

Process 0.1: The client will be provided with a rough sketch for approval, major revisions can be made at this stage, such as change of expression, minor changes in pose such as arm or face pose. No major changes in the base provided by the artist in case of a YCH commission.

Process 0.2: The client will be provided a flat colour for approval, minor revisions can be made at this stage such as change of colours.

Process 0.3: The client will be provided a shading stage for approval, minor revisions can be made at this stage such as change of saturation for the shades, change of the shade hue, etc.

Process 0.4: Final stage - render. You will get a full resolution product afterwards without watermark.

Usage: The client is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. I artist retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. There is an option of buying copyrights for commercial use. The commissioner is strictly prohibited from using my art for ai, not or commercial use. I use common creative license for my art to prohibit unauthorised use.

Cancellation: Once I start working on the commission it can’t be cancelled by the buyer at any point.

Publication: I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my personal gallery, social media and portfolio. If the commissioned work is private, the client must inform the artist beforehand.

By commissioning me, the client agrees to these terms of service.
